The Sound. 声音
A sanctuary for roots music and physical record culture — a room built around the record, where every needle drop is hand-chosen and every track plays end to end.
Tucked behind a black hutong door, the room is tuned for low-volume listening: a carefully built analog signal path, acoustic treatment across the brick walls of a 200-year-old courtyard, and a wax-only rotation pulled from a decade of digging across China, New York, California, and Tokyo.
Come early for quiet sets and a slow drink, stay for selectors deep into the night on weekends.

Fourty seats across the main listening room and dinning lounge. A vinyl wall stretching the full length behind the bar, and a single warm-glow filament behind the booth.

Slow, spirit-forward cocktails — sours, negroni riffs, signatures with a story — plus eight craft taps, poured to match the room, not the rush.
A tight back bar, no menu acrobatics. Bourbon, rye, gin, and rum built into 35+ house pours that rotate with the season. Draft beer from ¥38, cocktails from ¥65.

A real kitchen, not a snack menu — slow-cooked, fire-finished, plated to sit alongside a long pour and a longer record.
Food is served evenings only by Ravens · 乌鸦, our in-house kitchen partner. Classic comfort plates with a touch of fire and patience: a confit overnight, a lasagna built in tray after tray, ribs over coals.
